Walmart’s first Black Friday deals event of the season is officially live!
The shopping holiday may be a few weeks away, but that doesn't mean you have to wait to start saving. Walmart just dropped its first set of early deals this week, featuring thousands of markdowns on brand-name products across every category. But you'll have to act fast — this first round of deals ends on Nov. 17.
For our What to Shop This Week series, lifestyle expert Jenn Falik stopped by TODAY to share her top picks from the event. From style deals like 86% off Swarovski crystal earrings and 76% off a Michael Kors crossbody to impressively low prices on home essentials such as sheets and name-brand coffee makers, these deals have us excited to check some names off our holiday shopping lists early.

When do Black Friday deals start for Walmart?Walmart will offer shoppers a series of three Black Friday deal events this year, according to a press release. The first kicked off today (Nov. 11) at 5 p.m. ET for all online shoppers via walmart.com and the Walmart app. Paid Walmart Plus members were able to access the sale five hours early, at noon ET. (If you’re not a member, you can join for 50% off right now!) Per the release, the deals land in-store on Friday, Nov. 15 at 6 a.m. local time.
Shoppers can expect a second batch of Walmart Black Friday deals to drop online Nov. 25 (again with early access starting at noon for Walmart Plus members before opening to the public at 5 p.m.) and in stores Nov. 29. And the retailer is not leaving Cyber Monday out — more major discounts will arrive on Dec. 1!
